Acido Ialuronico: il must-have della skincare

Hyaluronic Acid: the skincare must-have

Hyaluronic acid is like a white shirt, a black turtleneck, jeans or a blazer. You can't not have it.
We find it in many cosmetic products, creams, serums, boosters, face masks and sometimes even in make-up. You can call it HA or sodium hyaluronate but what I'm sure of is that it's the must-have ingredient for every season!
It's called "acid" but it's sweeter than you think...
You won't believe it, but hyaluronic acid is actually a macromolecule of polysaccharides or sugar!
It can be obtained from plant sources, such as the seeds of Cassia angustifolia or carob, therefore also suitable for vegans, alternatively it is produced through the fermentation of some yeasts or of animal origin, the choice is yours!
Why is it used so much?
The main function of hyaluronic acid is to absorb (and retain) large quantities of water, exactly like a sponge!
This ingredient keeps your skin hydrated at all times and as you can imagine, good hydration makes your skin beautiful, healthy and plump.
But that's not all, hyaluronic acid also has a protective, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging function, as it stimulates the production of collagen and strengthens the skin barrier.
But is hyaluronic acid good for everyone?
Well yes. Hyaluronic acid is naturally produced by our body and it is precisely its dermoaffinity that makes it tolerable even for the most sensitive skin. Unfortunately, its concentration decreases from the age of 25, so it will be necessary to integrate it with skincare products.

PS despite its high tolerability, I always recommend testing the products on a small area before using them on the face, especially for those suffering from rosacea, rosacea and psoriasis.

But how is hyaluronic acid best integrated?

Hyaluronic acid is really present in many products, so its integration is very simple but it is not enough to apply it on the face, to make it more effective you must follow some small precautions:

  • Choose a serum that has at least 1% HA
  • Apply the serum to a damp face , allowing the molecules to retain water
  • Combine a Vitamin C cream for optimal results
  • Obviously apply an SPF containing hyaluronic acid to maximize the result!

  • Have you already tried our sunscreens? They contain hyaluronic acid and do not leave any white halo, plus they are eco-sustainable thanks to their physical filters. You can find them on ourshop , choose the one that best suits you!
